Social Event Booking Form – Free Attendance

If you would like to book us to attend your event with our Event Portrait Studio, please complete the booking form below.

Guests will photographed in our studio at your event and be able purchase 9″ x 6″ photographs. These will be printed on the night and presented in a contemporary strut mount for your guests to purchase and take home.

  • Kudos Photography will normally finish at midnight unless guests are still purchasing photographs. We reserve the right to leave earlier if attendance at our service is low.

  • Terms & Conditions

    Wherever possible, the mobile studio or PhotoBooth will be set up within the function room or in a communal area if a shared event. We will require a minimum space of 12’ x 15’ for the mobile studio, in close proximity to a nearby power supply.

    Kudos Photography (Events) shall be the ONLY professional photographic service in attendance.

    Whilst we will take every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of ourselves & others, we can not be accountable for inappropriate behaviour of the guests, venue staff or other suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse to take photos of those deemed too intoxicated that they present a danger to the equipment, themselves and others.

    All images will be uploaded to the website at the discretion of Kudos Photography, unless otherwise specified. Your guests will also be able to purchase their photographs online after the event.

    The copyright of all images remains with Kudos Photography and falls within the laws of copyright. No reproduction of an image whether that is by means of scanning, taking thumbnails, or taking photos of the photo are allowed without specific permission from Kudos Photography.

    Images taken may be used for promotional or competition purposes by Kudos Photography, unless specifically agreed in writing with all parties.
